This weeks food in a mug is chocolate chip cookies...although the texture is more like a muffin.
1 tbs Butter
1 tbs Granulated Sugar
1 tbs Packed Brown Sugar
3 drops of Vanilla Extract
A little less than 1/4 cup of Flour
2 tbs of Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
First you need to melt the butter. After that add the sugars, salt, and vanilla extract. Next you add the egg, mix, then flour and mix. After everything comes together, add the chocolate chips (I added a little less for personal preference.) Then microwave for 40 to 60 seconds.

Like I said above, the texture is a little bit more like a muffin, but I have a recipe for a muffin (Coming soon) and the ingredients are a little different. It's a quick fix for a nice dessert, and it was really quick to put together. I think the shortest mug food I have ever tried.
