Batiste Dry Shampoo:

I don't know if Sauve decided to stop making the dry shampoo that I really love, or if it's just not sold around me anymore.  All I know is that I can't find it anymore, so I have had to go out and find a new favorite.  The first I decided to try was Batiste.

I'm really glad that I did.

I got two different scents: Fruity & Cheeky Cherry and Coconut & Exotic Tropical.

I wasn't sure if I was going to like either scents.  I typically like cherry, and I typically like tropical, but sometimes they're just not made right, this time they were.   The Coconut & Exotic Tropical smells mostly of coconut, and a little bit of sun cream.  The smell fades, and by the end of the day you can hardly smell the coconut mix.

The Fruity & Cheeky Cherry is my favorite of the two.  It's sweet, but not sickly sweet.  When I smell it I don't smell cherry, but I do smell fruity.  The smell of this one also fades, but a sweet smell is still around by the end of the day.

For dry shampoos, these are definitely at the top of my list.  They work really well.  My hair feels refreshed and very soft after using them.  I've had some dry shampoos where I don't want to touch my hair after using and some where I have to still put my hair up after using, but with Batiste, I can do what ever I want and my hair still looks great.

My only problem, which isn't really a problem, is that I have to spend a whole extra minute blending the powder into my hair.  (I know so terrible! *sarcasm*)  It's just a little extra brushing in the morning.  They sell one for dark hair, I just don't know the scent that comes with it.

I paid around $6.99 for each of them.

Pros: smell great, great price, works really well
Cons: A tiny bit more effort to blend in.

100% would recommend and I will definitely be buying again.

Loreal Paris Boost it Blow Out Heat Spray Review:

Recently I ran out of the heat protector that I've been using for at least two years now and  I googled around and found out that Loreal Paris has one that is  also supposed to lift your hair. As you know, I will try anything that says it will add volume to hair.

This stuff works pretty well. I've used it twice now and each time I have noticed volume to my hair. I have one volume adder that if I use too much the my hair feels weird. This one has no issue like that.
It smells like a lighter version of the teasing spray, but that smell doesn't stay in my hair.  I haven't paired them together yet, but I'm sure they would create a lot of volume with out the damaged of backcombing. (Even though it is suggested to backcomb with the spray.)

It says on the back that it is a "workable, holding matrix that locks style strand by strand."  I haven't tried to curl my hair with it, because I don't usually curl my hair, but if I decided to curl my hair, I'll do a little update post.

Instanatural's Argan Oil Hair Treatment and Elixir:

Like I said last week, I received this product in the mail with three other products. The first is here.

Oil treatments are so good for your hair, and this oil treatment is no different.  There are many different things that it can do to your hair, including re-hydration.  I love using oil in between hair cuts to make sure my hair stays as hydrated as possible.  Especially since I typically do use a lot of heat.

I wouldn't call my hair damaged, but it wouldn't mind a little love. Like I said above,  I do use heat on my hair often. This is exactly what this treatment is to me, a little bit of love.  In this elixir is argan oil, coconut oil, grapeseed oil, jojoba oil, olive oil, and shea butter.  It doesn't really have a scent.  I guess it just smells like oil?  I'm not really sure.

There are a few different ways you can use this argan oil.  A 10 minute treatment, a two hour treatment, an overnight treatment, and as a scrunching styling aid.  I've used it for the 10 minute treatment and for scrunching.  When I washed it out of my hair, there was no residue and it didn't effect my shampoo smell.  Which made me really happy, because not going to lie, I'm in love with my shampoo scent. Even though I only used the 10 minute treatment, my hair felt so soft and it was very shinny. I used it for scrunching for a Christmas party I went to, and it actually worked.  If you have been here a while, then you would know that my hair is straight as nails and nothing helps.  This did.  My hair held out for pretty much the whole night.  There is some residue, but it's a lot better than gel.

I think my only problem with this argan oil is that I feel like I'm running out already.  I'm sure it's just because of the length of my hair. Haha.

If you're looking for a new hair treatment, then I suggest this one.  It's really nice.
